Founder of Vested Search, Phil specialises in the identifying, attracting, and securing the placement of senior-level professionals across the in-house sectors of international markets, with a particular emphasis on the fund markets.
With extensive knowledge and nearly two decades of experience working with prominent alternative and traditional fund managers, Phil uses advanced search methods and his vast professional network to work exclusively with businesses across the globe to deliver world-class talent shortlists and candidates.
Willow Oxford
Head of Research
Willow joined Vested Search to build and run the company’s executive search research and delivery function and brings with her a deep expertise in sourcing senior talent across the taxation and investment industries within the UK and globally.
She is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of candidate shortlists and market intelligence to all of our clients in partnership with the Founder and Managing Director, offering a consultative, data led and tailored approach to the sourcing of high-calibre talent.
With almost a decade of experience within the executive search and recruitment industry she has a wealth of knowledge across local and international markets to draw on and is regarded as a trusted advisor in the delivery of executive search campaigns of varying complexities.

COO
Pam is the COO at Vested Search and has 20+ years of experience in the executive search area and over this time has supported businesses to realise their full potential.
She takes care of the finance and operational functions which then allows the rest of the business to concentrate on their clients and candidates.

She works out of London and focuses on key hubs for high calibre and globally mobile tax professional namely, UK. Europe, ASIA, US, Canada and the Middle East. She has a particular SME with regards to PE/Alternative Tax market. Due to her tenure in Tax market, she has extensive experience across many growth markets in Tax.
